Chef Kunio Tokuoka of Japan returns to Hawaii this spring for a series of epicurean events hosted by 53 By The Sea. The oceanfront venue will be transformed, offering guests an immersive experience inspired by Chef Tokuoka’s famed KYOTO KITCHO restaurants. Often heralded as the epitome of Japanese fine dining, KITCHO is well known among worldly epicureans for their ceremonious, multi-course menus served on centuries-old, authentic Japanese dishware.
