Chef Tokuoka’s grandfather, Yuki Teiichi, founded Kyoto Kitcho and is credited for creating the gold standard for kaiseki dining throughout Japan. See how he perpetuates the Japanese philosophy of omotenashi or hospitality, with each and every detail of your experience considered.

The Japanese saying “Ichigo Ichie” is translated as one time, one meeting. It means that we must cherish this moment, as it can never be repeated. We invite you to savor this special event, as it will not come again. This exclusive dinner is limited to 30 guests and includes nine courses, served kaiseki-style with personal tableside service from Chef Tokuoka himself.
